Welcome to Emma Charlton Hypnotherapy, where we offer excellent hypnotherapy services. I started my career in hypnotherapy from my training in NLP, where I learned techniques to improve my confidence. I furthered my study of NLP with John Seymour, the first UK trainer of NLP, and completed my diploma in solution-focused hypnotherapy. I regularly update my CPD in line with my membership of the NCH, and I am trained in various techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, HG Diploma.
