Some of the Symptoms of Anxiety

  • Restlessness 

  • Sweating/hot flushes

  • Fast and shallow breathing

  • Light headedness/dizzy spells

So, now you know what some of the symptoms of anxiety are.

A great starting point for many people is to start practising a helpful breathing technique.
