How to do 7-11 breathing
Breathe in through the nose for a count of 7
Breathe out through the mouth for a count of 11 (slowly as though you are breathing out through a straw)
If you are feeling very panicky breathe in and out of the nose only for 7-11
Continue to breathe like this for 10 minutes or as long as it takes for you to feel relaxed.
