Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Emma Charlton Hypnotherapy I understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness and to protect my time as well as other clients’ access to sessions, the following cancellation policy applies: 🕒 Free Cancellation Window You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 12 hours before your scheduled session time. 💷 Cancellation Within 12 Hours If you cancel within 12 hours but more than 1 hour before your appointment, a £40 cancellation fee will apply. 💷 Late Cancellation (Within 1 Hour) & No-Shows Cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment time — or failure to attend without notice — will incur the full £85 session fee. Thank you for your understanding and support in maintaining a smooth and respectful booking system.
